Proceedings of the National Prawn Industry Development Workshop, 10-13 April 1984, Iloilo City, Philippines

The book includes industry and review papers discussed during the workshop. These are on seed production, feed development, pond culture, processing and marketing and government policies and financing. The workshop sponsored by AQD, the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources, the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Philippine Federation of Aquaculturists assessed the progress that has been made by the shrimp industry, ventilated problems, started research and development directions and defined industry goals.
