dc.description.abstractScientific studies on milkfish’s induced spawning and larval rearing by increasing water temperature in tanks are very limited. In order to increase the production capacity of milkfish fingerlings, a preliminary experiment was conducted at the Southeast Asian Fisheries Development Center, Aquaculture Department (SEAFDEC/AQD). This study was on the effect of increased water temperature in milkfish broodstock and larval tanks during the cold and off-breeding season (October to February).en
